Absolutely not, after you receive your voucher, you can book anytime you like (subject to availability) within your voucher expiry date. In most cases, vouchers are valid for 10 months.
You can pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any major credit or debit card. All payments are secure.
PDF E-vouchers placed within business hours should arrive within a few hours. Outside of these times, they will be delivered the following working day. In any case, please allow a minimum of 24 hours.
To book your accommodation and experience, follow the instructions shown on the front of your voucher and use the contact information provided.
It is advised that you call both the accommodation and experience provider before booking to check the availability on specific dates, however we cannot guarantee availability for any booking. Please contact us if we can be of any assistance.
Most vouchers are valid for 10 months. Please check the product information when booking and check the expiry date on the front of your E-voucher.
You must book in advance to redeem your voucher and confirm your booking. We recommend contacting your accommodation and experience operator with plenty of notice; at least 6 weeks in most cases, longer notice is advised in peak times.
None of our vouchers require names on them. We don’t put personal information on your E-vouchers therefore you can use them or give a loved one the voucher as a gift to use.
All bookings are made directly with our accommodation and experience providers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
If you are unable to use your voucher within its validity period, you may be able to extend it. This must be done before the expiry date and if possible, may only be done one, up to a maximum of 6 months. If the price of your voucher has increased, you are required to pay the difference. Extended vouchers cannot be refunded.
- A voucher can be exchanged for another package on evidence of receipt.
- If your new chosen package costs more than the value of the original purchase, the difference will be payable.
- If the voucher is less than the original amounts paid, we will supply the difference as credit to your account with the same expiry date shown on the front of your original voucher.
Refunds can be made on unused vouchers only within 14 days of your receipt date. Refunds can only be made to the purchaser, and this must be refunded onto the same payment method only.
Experiences and certain types of accommodation could be cancelled due to weather or other factors. In such circumstance, you will be able to re-book for a suitable date. If one of your two suppliers that form part of your voucher cancel, and you still choose to redeem the other part of your voucher, we would offer the option to change the date of the other part, however we cannot refund this part of your voucher.
