Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if you have changed your mind on your date activity. Simply get in touch with us via the contact form, fill in your details and voucher number and let us know what you’d like to swap for. 

Please note: exchanges must be made before your expiry date. If the price of your new chosen experience has increased, you will need to pay the difference. If the price of your new chosen experience is less than the original voucher value, we will credit your Date Night Away account with the difference. 

Simply get in touch with us via the contact form, fill in your details and voucher number and let us know which experience you’d like to swap for. We’ll let you know the next steps and you will have your new date activity lined up in no time!

No, your voucher expiry date will remain the same from when you originally purchased your voucher.

If the price of your new chosen experience is less than the original experience, we will credit your Date Night Away account with the difference.

If you do not have a Date Night Away account, you will need to create one in order to exchange your voucher and so your account can be credited.

If the price of your new chosen experience has increased, you will be credited the original paid amount into your account. You will not be credited for any promotional codes used. You will then choose your new experience and pay any difference.

All accommodation bookings are subject to our accommodation partner’s terms and conditions and the type of booking you have made.

If you have booked accommodation with ‘free cancellation’ options, you may be able to change or cancel it. Please refer back to your original booking reference and contact our accommodation partner for assistance.

Extensions

You may extend your voucher once for 6 months. Your extension must be made before the expiry date shown on your E-voucher and you may need to pay a fee if the price has increased. This is not a charge from us, it is the difference of your orignal purchase to how much it is at the time of extending your voucher.

Simply get in touch with us via the contact form, fill in your details and voucher number and we’ll be in touch to check your experience is eligible for an extension.

You may extend your voucher once for a duration of 6 months. Vouchers can only be extended if eligible and you may need to pay any increased amounts.

There is no fee from us to extend a voucher however you may only do this once for a duration of 6 months.

If there has been an increase in price to your experience you will need to pay the difference. This is the difference of your orignal purchase to how much it is at the time of extending your voucher.

Vouchers cannot be extended once they have expired. Please contact us if you have any further queries.
