Booking My Experience
You will receive 2 emails after purchasing your date activity. One will be your order confirmation (receipt of your order) and another with be your E-voucher.
Below your E-voucher, you will find ‘Booking details’ which will have the contact information of your experience provider to make your booking.
We generally recommend at least 4 weeks prior to your preferred dates. Before purchasing an experience, please check the individual listing as each of supplier’s availability may vary in demand.
You must book your experience before the expiry date shown on your voucher.
You may extend your voucher once for 6 months. Your extension must be made before the expiry date shown on your E-voucher and you may need to pay a fee if the price has increased. This is not a charge from us, it is the difference of your orignal purchase to how much it is at the time of extending your voucher.
We generally recommend at least 4 weeks prior to your preferred dates. Before purchasing an experience, please check the ‘Availability’ section on the listing, which will tell you which days you may book your experience on.
If you would like us to check a specific date prior to booking, contact us here, however we cannot guarantee this date will still be available when you make your booking therefore we recommend booking your preferred dates as soon as you have purchased your experience.

If you are unable to get through to your experience provider to make your booking, contact us here, and we will do our best to assist you.
If you need to check to see if your booking has been affected, it is best to contact the experience provider directly. If your experience is affected by COVID-19, please contact the experience provider directly to change your dates once it is possible to do so.
If you are unable to book your experience within it’s validity due to COVID-19, we will extend your voucher free of charge.
